MIT-SHM and 4.3.0 and later

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody can comment on the status of the MIT-SHM
extension
within 4.3.0 and above. I'm having trouble wth remote applications..

Major opcode of failed request: 144 (MIT-SHM)
Minor opcode of failed request: 1 (X_ShmAttach)

I'm happy to upgrade if somebody can confirm that something has been
fixed..
